everything went very smoothly. the bus was waiting for us at the appointed time in the appointed place. the guide described everything in detail, answered all questions, if there were any. it was much more profitable to buy the program here than at the resort itself

well organized and I did not have to worry about anything. just meet at the meet up point and got on the bus. itinerary were well explained and all in the guidebook. so happy to have found kkday and can't wait for our next trip!

This is our 4th time heading to Vivaldi Park Snowyland. Between different tour providers, KKDay and WonderTrip are very well organized, giving out tickets at the bus stop, managing buses to and fro the park.We had 6 hours at the ski resort to try out the food court and play in the snow.

The journey between Seoul to Vivaldi about 1.5hours, it was smooth and good resting during the journey, and guide explain everything in details. Great location to spend the time with family over there, and amazing ride in the snowyland. High recommended

It was pretty fuss-free as Kiki gave clear instructions and assisted with the ticket redemptions for entrance tickets, ski suit, helmet and goggles etc. We just needed to go to the respective areas to collect the ski gears. It was a very fun skiing experience!
