Suwon Hwaseong Fortress: Night Tour (Departure from Seoul) | South Korea

We had a great time visiting Suwon at night. The drive there was comfortable and our tour guide and driver took good care of us. The guide explained to us many details about Korean history that we didn't know about. The night atmosphere was very romantic and we managed to take many couple shots. Definitely recommended for couples.

its a small group tour, the tour guide can speak chinese, it is nice to have a walk at night and less crowd, abit pricey but worth if you like less people and small group.

Taking the night tour in Suwan Hwaseong was so wonderful. It has left me in awe to be taking the tour and learning about the history behind this fortress. Our tour guide Yura gave us a glimpse of what the fortress stood for. She even gave us a short story about King Jeongjo and made it more interesting by showing us pictures. Which helped us understand and appreciate this impressive fortress. Yura is such a great tour guide!

An enchanting site of Suwon Hwaseong at night - It was a great way to be introduced to what Korea has to offer on our first visit. Visiting an UNESCO heritage sight was one thing, but at night added a whole different and magical experience. We booked with KKDay, who offered the most competitive price and Asia Miles points, and glad we did! Right from the beginning to the very end of the tour it went smooth and well organised. Thanks to our knowledgeable and charming guide, Miss Chang, for her flexible manner. The site itself was just breathtaking! Words fail to describe it. We walked on the fortress from the West gate to the East, for a good an hour, at a very easy pace while listening to Miss Chang’s guide and taking pictures. Along the way we saw locals strolling with their dogs and couples relaxing at the pavilion. Great to see that the sight is very much part of their everyday lives.

good experience with this night trip. the view is nice and good for taking photos. Guide can converse in chinese and share information about the palace. however, i think the bus to the palace can be improved. the journey to as fro was bumpy as hell. the price is also abit on the high side as this is only for 3-4 hours.. overall is good thanks!

The tour guide is so polite and detailed! The scenery is beautiful and suitable for a family to go for a walk! There are good cafe boutiques nearby, you can go shopping on weekday mornings!

On the same day, only two of us, the tour guide and the driver's big brother are very kind, although the traffic jam in the evening but the driver's big brother is extremely patient, pay attention to driving safety.
