Sulwhasoo Balance Spa Experience in Seoul | Korea

I was slightly late due to traffic jam so I emailed to notify them and they replied fast to assure me it's okay. Was greeted warmly by the staffs upon arriving. The staff will explain the process before starting the facial. You'll get to choose 1 of the 4 fragrances for the massage. Overall the whole facial and massage is sooo goood and relaxing that I fell asleep! You can see the difference after the facial! My skin is looks brighter! Sulwhasoo products really do wonder like what I've heard from many!! They will also explain the products used for the treatment and you can purchase them but they won't hard sell you so it's ok if you decide not to get them. Highly recommended!! I recommend staff Yoonkyung (윤경씨). I like her massage and the fine details she puts in during the facial. I didn't know about/ collect the basic maintenance gift as I didn't show the voucher :( That's a pity.

I got the ginseng heritage package! It came with a facial + whatever massage in the addition section. I chose the back and neck! The whole thing was so nice I fell asleep multiple times….

This was a really relaxing and gentle facial that included some body massages as well

The therapist explained the treatment in a detailed manner and asked me whether I have any allergies or something that she should be aware of. She also told me how to take care of my skin since my skin is quite dry. Will definitely recommend this spa to my friends and I will come again when I have time. I also received a gift after the treatment.

Truly a unique experience from a skincare line that I have started using for a couple of months. I can’t wait to try their makeup line. From start to finish I was treated with respect and kindness. I love how they explain to me about their products at the end too. When I come back to Seoul I will definitely come back to get other treatments!
