I didn’t have much time, only one day, and I was recommended this private trip, bio colleague, and friends. I’m so glad I followed the advice. In one day it offered me a huge window on Taiwan’s charms and life style, and through the ongoing conversation with Toku I got so many more information on the social, economic and cultural aspects. I particularly enjoyed grateful the flexibility and the customized aspects of the tour. Can’t recommend enough!

Acheng is a very professional driver and tour guide. He will communicate the tour time and meeting place in detail when arriving at each scenic spot, and give some background information about the places and attractions along the way. The 8-hour journey was very pleasant! Shifen Waterfall and Jinguashi Waterfall are very beautiful, highly recommended!

Our driver cum tour guide 张大哥 (Bro Zhang), he is quite friendly and very patient. He helped us carry our mother up and down the car. His service is very good. He takes good care of elderly. Very patient when elderly is slow on getting up and down the car. He even brings us to eat local food. Food is very fresh and nice. Would highly recommend him.

Driver was on time and had the baby seat we needed. Went to the important places we identified as where we wanted to go and walked us at spots to orientate us (he was not a tour guide). Did not talk much at all during the drive but that’s okay with us. Provided honest and helpful lunch recommendations.
