Yeliou Geopark (60-min visit, ticket at travelers' own expense)

Yin Yang Sea/ Golden Waterfall/Remains of the 13 Levels (30-min visit)

Witness the grand Remains of the 13 Levels

Stroll along the Jiufen Old Street (2-hr visit, lunch at travelers' own expense)

I was notified via email the day before that I was the only English-speaker in the group, so the driver will speak Chinese. They give you some money back in this case. The driver is very kind, giving me information via Google Translate, and taking pictures for me. Highly recommended, despite the language barrier!

We had a great time with our tour guide (Andre), and the servicing with KKday. We got picked up from the hotel and we had a small vehicle all to ourselves, so it was super convenient and hassle free. Overall, just a really pleasant and relaxing trip :) Thank you again to Andre and KKday!

My friend and I really enjoyed our trip. The tour guide, Ms. Wu was really friendly, kind and helpful and made sure everything moved smoothly. (I attached my picture with her 😂) It was a worthwhile experience. I would definitely recommend it. The driver bus also so friendly and always on time. Thanks. Really appreciate it!

We were thankfully assigned to a 5-seater car for a family of four, and our driver was 大熊. Throughout the trip, the ride was comfortable, safe, and 大熊 was extremely caring, friendly, and went the extra mile for us!! Due to the crowd at Shifen, he brought us around the waterfall to ensure our safety, made sure that we could take good photos, and recommended us to the various photo spots. He even queued for the 天灯 with us amidst the heat. It was unfortunate that the crowd at Shifen was crazy but his hospitality made up for it 👍💯 Highly recommended!!

Jia Jia our driver and guide picked us up on time right at our hotel and drop us off at the same place. In between we converted all the scenic spots efficiently with sufficient t time. She was very friendly, considerate and courteous. She offered to take pictures for us and have done a great job doing so. We are so glad to have Jia Jia with us.

If you are not having private hire and would like to visit jiufen shifen in a day, this is definitely a good package. The schedule was well-coordinated and it’s hassle free. I had the pick-up from hotel so it was extra convenient.

Our driver cum tour guide (Mr. Chen) is very thoughtful, friendly and helpful. We enjoy the hospitality, especially when we have elderly in our tour. The tour itself is well structured, we are a family of five, as such we booked the small group tour that pick us from our hotel. We are allowed to customise it slightly as we are the only five in the tour. Perfect day out, thanks KKday and Mr. Chen!
