The staff were super friendly, and the boss’s English was great 👍🏼 Fun experience to draw/write whatever you want to be transferred onto the wood. Definitely would recommend!

The staff is very patient and explain the Q-bick light package on one side of the laser pattern, you can choose simple lines for the staff. If you haven't chosen to do that, you can choose the cheapest one. If you want to change your mind after seeing the real thing, you can make up the difference and be very flexible.
