This was a quick and convenient way to get wifi while in Taiwan. We were able to use all day without needing to charge, but we did bring our own portable battery pack just in case.

I have been renting each time I visited. The device is performing as expected. The battery lasts a long time, usually a full day. I guess depending on the frequency of using the WIFI connection. What I really want to mention is the no hassle and efficient customer service. My stay this time is over a month. I had to submit 2 orders for the device and connect the service seamlessly without the need to return the device and receive another device at the airport in the middle of my stay. More impressively, I needed to extend my stay further, so I placed another order after I have had the device for a while. Again, the customer service came through for me when I made the special request when I placed the 3rd order. They were able to connect the 3rd rental period following the expiration of the 2nd period without me returning the device to the airport and receive another one.

This service quality is excellent. I had uninterrupted communication throughout my trip. The connection speed was sufficient.
