We went on this tour as a family of four, including my older parents and disabled brother. Mr. Lin (Apple/Ringo) was so helpful and friendly! We had a Canadian couple and Japanese couple with us as well, and Mr. Lin was switching between English, Japanese, and Chinese so easily! He was funny, kind, and really made sure to take care of us the whole time. It was also a great tour that's very suitable for the elderly and those with mobility issues. You can take things at your own pace while getting to do a lot without worrying about transport. Highly recommend!!!

Good journey but could not take the cable car because lightning and rainning

Great trip to Sun Moon Lake , Shelia our tour guide was great, she was knowledgeable and helpful to everyone over the day explaining everything very clearly for everyone.

The tour was in 3 languages - Chinese, English, Japanese. Everything went quite well and I would do it again - it would just be nice to have more time at each location.

Knowing the drive and locations listed were not close to each other. This was going to be a whirlwind trip and would constantly be moving. Our driver Apple did not disappoint. Apple picked up on time as promised and with a van full of international travelers off we went. Although he’s considered an English tour guide, his English is barely passable and some may have had a hard time understanding him. I understood him fine and he allowed us just enough time at each stop to scratch the surface of each site to then move along. The weather cooperated and provided us with amazing views from the ropeway tram, ferry and bike. We had a great time and were all exhausted upon drop off that evening. Great value to see Sun Moon Lake without trying to manage the public transportation on your own. FYI, public transport option had long lines.

Started with cable car ride that has splendid view, sat 2 times back and fro. Took ferry ride across the sun moon lake, lunch was delicious Chinese cuisine with fish, chicken, pork, soup, egg and veg. The children was excited about the bicycle ride, as they were beginners, we only ride at a safer ground rather than by the road.

It’s a fantastic tour because you can appreciate the lake from different points of view. Our driver/guide was super kind and gave us interesting information about Taiwan and Sunmoon lake. Before his arrival he was texting me to let me know his position. The car was very clean. He took us fantastic pictures and then drove us back to the night market. I highly recommend this tour to everyone because you save time and the headache of organizing the tour by yourself.

It’s a great one day tour! It’s really out of my expectation because everything is well arranged: experience tour guide, lunch, cable car, cruise and cycling all in! Value for money👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
