We've rented the TW 4G pocket wifi service. The pocket wifi runs smoothly in TW. The 24-hour pick up & return location in HK airport is also convenient. Most importantly, the charge for the rental is very reasonable. We've no hesitation to use this service again in the next trip. Just one minor comment, the logo/ banner at the counter in HK is not "kkday", but the Chinese characters instead which I can hardly relate it to kkday. It would be even more convenient to use or add the English logo/ banner in the counter.
