Hualien｜Shabadeng/Sanzhan Nanxi/Emerald Valley River Tracing Adventure Experience

Had a fun trip with the friendly and funny guides! Difficulty is quite accessible and it wasn't tiring for me. A good introduction to river tracing! Would recommend :)

Very beautiful trail and the adventure element was definitely there. The guides were very interactive and ensured safety at all times. KKday package did not come with transfer service but on the travel agency’s side they were able to arrange for transfer service to and fro to the location. Overall, had a great time at this activity.

Went during starting of April and the water was freezing cold but nonetheless everything was sooo fun with our coach! A must try activity when you’re in hualien!

It was a great experience river tracing for two solid hours, and we would do it again! At the end of the journey there was an optional 3m and 5m jump into the river, which was great fun. Trainer Shi Kai was experienced, and Bala was very helpful in taking photos and guiding us along. The full river tracing wet suit and river shoes were provided, so we only needed to bring spare undergarments. KKday was very responsive and patient in addressing my questions prior to the trip. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!

We had a great time river tracing! The guides were very kind and friendly, and went through all the safety procedures and steps along the way. I felt super safe and we had an awesome experience - super exhilerating and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to try a new activity!

We enjoyed the activity. The coach was very accommodating. My friends and I were a bit late due to heavy traffic but they still let us push through with the activity. We had lots of fun! Really recommend!!!

We had an amazing river tracing experience, despite it being winter and the chilly water temperatures, it was a thrill! You have to be flexible and willing to go with teh flow, but our guide was helpful when we needed it and was very friendly and welcoming. Side note: our guide didn't speak English so I would recommend having someone with a little bit of Chinese knowledge in your group. River King was easy to communicate with as well. Would definitely go back!

王先生 was our tour guide and took our group on an intermediate route which involves climbing some rocks with assistance. Our guide was thoroughly prepared with wetsuits, helmets, and shoes so other than a bathing suit nothing else is required. It's a safe adventure even with glasses as they will reach you how to safely store your glasses as needed on the tour. The guide is also excellent at directing photo opportunities so you can preserve your memories through their photography. 100% would tour again and suggest to all friends and family. Beware of KKday communication. Our tour was delayed for nearly 30 minutes due to incomplete/incorrect communication given by KKday. If you're already in contact with the tour guide I would ignore advice from KKDay.
