Driver was excellent and was there after I cleared immigration after 12:30 despite an 18 hour delay and constant arrival time adjustments

The driver is pructual and nice. The trip is stable and fast.

I used it for a round trip from Bangkok to Pattaya. On the way there, we used a Chevrolet, and on the way back, we used a slightly older Toyota. It was just the right size for four adults, three large pieces of luggage, and one carry-on. Both times, they came to pick us up without delay, and it was comfortable. I prepared a tip of 300TB and gave it to the driver.

We took a van from Bangkok’s international airport to Pattaya. The driver gave us each one a bottle of water. It was all very nice.

The counter was very easy to find, just on the same level of flight arrival. There was a clear sign of KKDay right at the Gate. My name was written on a tag so I could get in touch with the personnel who was already waiting there. Some one took us to the car where the driver was waiting for us. The driver was pleasant, drove carefully and took us to the hotel without any hassle. An easy and safe option from Bangkok airport to Pattaya hotel. Highly recommend.
