Very easy to be purchased and used. Simply get the QR code to be scanned at the gate or show it to the staff to let you pass through. Bare in mind that the Heathrow Express will be quicker for only 15 minutes than by the Tube. If you are on the Piccadilly Line (blue in colour), you might wanna take it all the way to Heathrow instead.

Train was fast but we experienced a delay on the Heathrow express that ended up making the journey to Paddington taking more than 1.5 hrs in total instead of 15 minutes. Be warned that railway track incidents can derail the best plans.

The heaththrow express ride was quick and comfortable. However, the QR code provided in the coupon couldn’t work and the staff had to tap us in when entering and exiting the stations.

Before setting off, I saw comments saying that the QR code wouldn't work, which made me a little nervous, but I didn't encounter that problem at all on-site. However, remember to check your mailbox; they will send you a QR code after you purchase the item. Use that QR code to enter and exit the station.

Stepping out of the airport, there are very convenient and clear signs to guide you to your boarding location, and the journey is very comfortable, quickly leading to the city center.

The airport express train arrived smoothly, quickly, and safely at Paddington Station, London's largest station in the city center—very convenient.

You don't have to squeeze in with the crowds and you can get to the city center quickly. It feels happy and convenient.
