The popular time slot 11am is usually not available on KKday but we managed to book 12pm ok another day at a later time of our whole trip. Overall the experience is nice!

If you don't have a car, I highly recommend this option. You can pick up from the bus stop near the hotel and take it to the main station and then to the hot springs.

The whole experience was very good, there was enough time and space, the restaurant food was very delicious, and it is highly recommended for families/friends/couples to spend a day together. Very good

The pick-up and drop-off is quite convenient. I think it is enough to buy a basic ticket, which includes a towel, a mask, and a drink! It is recommended to go early, because if there is a storm, all return flights will be cancelled, and it will be very troublesome for you to find a way to get back to the city center.
