We arrived at 10 am to claim our tickets and to reserve for the time slot at 5 pm. The entire process went very smoothly and took only a few mins. When we came back in the late afternoon, there were a lot people waiting in line to get in. Owing that by getting in this time, you will be able to see both the sunset and the night view. We took a fast pass and got in at 5 ish. Enjoyed ourselves with the spectacular Manhattan view. Definitely recommend it.

Great view from the top of the building. The voucher price is cheaper than what you get from the ticket counter but doesn’t really save you from the long queue as most of people going there are holding vouchers or city pass. Suggest to go earlier to redeem the ticket so as to secure the place if you want to visit around sunset time.

There is a ticket on the day of the booking! It is fast, convenient and cheap. If you only want to see the night scene, you don't need to buy a package. It is also very cost-effective to buy this one. I only went to the Guggenheim Museum and the Rockerfeller does not need to buy a package.

The qr code in the cheaper mail than the ticket of the viewing platform can be screenshotd first to facilitate the service staff at the counter to scan the scenery. It is really beautiful in winter and the wind is quite big.
