Since we rented warm clothes locally and the store would help us deliver them to the hotel, we needed to confirm the accommodation location with kkday customer service (the itinerary said that the location may be changed). In fact, there was indeed a change, but it took two inquiries to get it. Reply, feeling very unpositive. 3. The local tour group was run by a Chinese travel agency. The tour guide had a negative attitude. The originally expected 2-hour city tour only lasted 1 hour and only visited 3 places. I felt like I was being cheated. And when we were waiting for the aurora in the cabin, there was no introduction. We were just allowed to sit indoors and wait (with snacks and brewed drinks). We sat there from 10:30 pm to 2 am, and we were told "Nothing to do today". Take us back to the hotel. 4. Because the tour guide’s attitude and the lack of rich itinerary made us feel that the experience was poor, so we contacted kkday customer service on the second night. Although we got a reply, it was a very standard canned response. Then the local tour guide felt more positive on the last night, but his attitude was still casual. So if we don’t get any response, are we going to mess up the whole process? We also force one person to pay a tip of 10 Canadian dollars every day.
