Naomi was a great guide and the tour had a very good atmosphere. However, the short male driver of the minibus from the hotel to the meeting point was the worst. It was the only unpleasant moment of my trip to Melbourne. This short male driver said, "If you don't listen to me, I'll cancel the tour!" It also left a bad impression on the tour company Go West. Also, I couldn't get in touch with KKday even though they were available to make calls from 7am. Naomi was a great guide, but I think there is room for improvement for the short driver of Go West and KKday.

A very good experience. It takes three hours to reach the destination. The tour guide arranges breakfast. All the attractions are amazing!

It was a great and nice tour! Very beautiful scenic views of the mountains and waterfalls. Definitely would book another tour in the coming years or future travels.

The hike was a bit steep. Chris H. was funny but somehow he walked too fast so its abit hard for us to catch up otherwise all is good

Nice scenery and tour guide. However, it can be better if we can go back to Melbourne straight after finishing all the lookouts and hike.
