We've booked our trip from Bangkok Airport to Pattaya and then back to Bangkok hotel. It was a very long day for the driver, but he was very nice and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Booked this with doubts due to the bad reviews, but our experience was the complete opposite. Super loved our friendly driver Kai, honestly did not expect a lady driver but that works best for us since we are all girls. She was super helpful, she even took photos for us and guided us with the information about the places we visited. This was more convenient than taking taxis since we could leave our things inside the car while we toured Pattaya. We had 3 luggages and 2 backpacks and they all fit inside the trunk even if the descriptions says only 2 luggages. Also, when I computed it vs taking taxis, this was cheaper because the drive from Pattaya to Bangkok is expensive, so I would definitely recommend this!

The driver was very considerate and provided us with ice-cold mineral water and cooling towels after we visited the Sanctuary of Truth. He also turned on the air conditioning in the car in advance, which alleviated the pain brought to us by the scorching heat in Pattaya. In addition, the driver was very cooperative when we changed the itinerary at the last minute. When we got off at the hotel, because the hotel did not look like a hotel, the driver was kind enough to ask if we wanted to stay and wait for us. We were very satisfied with this chartered car experience!

Our driver, Noom, was very helpful. The first day was so good that we quickly asked him to drive us on the second day as well. I highly recommend him. It was a great memory. 😊 He doesn't speak any Japanese, but we managed to get by with translation!

The driver, Saman, was very good. He was waiting at the villa early in the morning and helped us load and unload our luggage. He also took us to take photos at each attraction and took us to exchange or purchase tickets. Before leaving each attraction, we notified him through Line. He was waiting for us at the door. He had a friendly smile and the car was comfortable... I hope I can arrange a driver like him next time I go to Thailand 👍👍
