This was my first time buying a luggage agent. The experience was very good. There was a promotion going on. The hotel counter for luggage claiming was on the third floor, so there was no impact or surcharge. I received my luggage at 6pm that day and it was delivered directly to my room. The service was very good.

I had a hard time finding the meeting place, but the LINE support was in Japanese, so I was relieved. The meeting place for me was in front of Pascucci (cafe) in front of Gate 1 on the first floor of the domestic terminal. The person who collected the luggage came by car and entered through the entrance/exit of Gate 1. It was a very nice person.
