Aside from the initial confusion about finding the shuttle area upon arrival, everything went smoothly 🤣. Here's a guide for reference: After arriving at Jeju Airport, go to Exit 5, cross the road to the bottom, and there's a pedestrian walkway under an eave. Turn right and walk straight to the end; you'll see a parking lot. Follow the Lotto signs for buses; you can board any of them. We couldn't pinpoint the bus stop that day, so we just hopped on the second bus we saw. (Once on, don't give the driver any paper or confirmation. Just put your luggage down and find a seat. Since there are no safety barriers in the luggage area, your luggage will roll around, which is normal! Please be extra careful if you have glass or fragile items in your luggage.) After arrival, take a number and wait for assistance. Since KKDay is a third-party platform, self-registration isn't available; just wait for your number. The registration process is explained clearly in English. Later, we asked if we could use WhatsApp to contact the company's customer service for assistance in case of emergency. This is just my personal experience; I hope it helps those renting. 😆
