The 90-minute group class includes warm-up, Muay Thai instruction, practice (hitting the punching bag, practicing with the instructor), interval training (such as crunches, push-ups, jumping jacks), and a cool-down stretch. Overall, it's very fun. The instructor uses simple English and physical demonstrations to teach the movements, but you can't learn anything in-depth; it's just a fun beginner's experience! The gym is air-conditioned! The environment is fairly clean, with small spaces for washing hands and changing clothes inside, and toilets outside for 2 baht.
