This restaurant is so special. There is not much publicity outside, just a simple light box. Taking the elevator up to the restaurant, we discovered that the main entrance of the restaurant was a double door. People who go to a restaurant for the first time may think they are in the wrong place. The restaurant's pre-order set menu has many different types of food, but their tempura is the best. The fried shrimp head and tempura abalone are very delicious. They are delicious without any sauce. It may be the best tempura I have ever eaten. Others such as Edo sushi are so special. However, the dessert was inferior to the main course. Finally, I want to talk about the waitress who greeted us. She was very cute, a bit like a Nogizaka actress. I may come back because of her😆

Michelin Tempura is located on the 38th floor of Ebisu Garden. The store arranged a small private room with a night view, and the atmosphere was very good. The set menu is quite generous and comes with some sashimi, and the kappo cuisine can help alleviate some of the fried texture of the tempura. There are many kinds of tempura, the coating is thin and crispy, not greasy, and very delicious. The chef will personally deliver the meal and explain. The meal was served at an appropriate speed, a full two hours. If you are celebrating a special holiday, this is a great place to try.

This restaurant is located in Ginza, so it is a good place to eat after shopping around Ginza. We made an appointment in advance and reported our names at the door. We went in smoothly. I thought it was mainly tempura, but I didn't expect that there were many sushis besides tempura. It started with a cup of soup to warm the stomach, followed by tuna belly sushi. It is worth praising that the temperature was just right. The following dishes were endless and we almost couldn't eat anymore. We ended with matcha and sorbet. The service was also very good. They introduced each dish. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal! !
