I found this restaurant on Google Maps and made a reservation through KKday. When we arrived, the chef was still preparing—likely due to a system error that prevented him from being notified. Although he eventually seated us, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. We started eating at 11:30 and finished at 12:15, a rushed pace completely inconsistent with its price. Setting aside the ambiance and service, the 15,000 yen set meal was far below expectations. Many ingredients (like the crab) were clearly not fresh, feeling like they had been frozen for a long time. The most unacceptable item was the shirako (cod milt); it looked like leftovers from the previous day, and the chef simply tossed it into the miso soup to blanch/heat it before serving it to us. Even the miso soup tasted like leftovers from last night, directly reheated. I brought my girlfriend here to celebrate her birthday, but this terrible experience on her special day was incredibly frustrating. If the chef wasn't prepared due to a reservation system error, I would have been perfectly willing to accept his refusal of our reservation. However, his lack of professionalism during the meal was shocking—the nigiri sushi he made was so loose it practically fell apart. If this were a 5,000 yen no-menu meal, it might be somewhat tolerable, but for a 15,000 yen meal, this level of quality and attitude is simply appalling. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements.
