Introduction

Wei Chuan Dragons is a CPBL (Chinese Professional Baseball League) team based in Taipei. They won the first championship in the inaugural CPBL year in 1990 and achieved a three-peat from 1997-1999. In the 2023 Taiwan Series, the Wei Chuan Dragons won with four wins out of seven games, setting a record of five consecutive sold-out games at Tianmu Stadium. On March 30, 2024, they won the first official CPBL game held at the Taipei Dome, marking the first victory in the Dome's history. They aim to continue the legendary red dynasty from this starting point.
