The most impressive sight is undoubtedly the old street district. Every evening, the red lanterns on both sides of the street illuminate the ancient steps, contrasting with the dim yellow lights of the houses. This freezes the old mountain town street in time, and the entire Jiufen mountain town is filled with a rich, traditional atmosphere.
Shifen Station
Along the railway, houses stand side by side. Strolling along the old street beside the tracks, you can feel the rich classical and nostalgic atmosphere. This is also the filming location for the famous Taiwanese movie "You Are the Apple of My Eye."
Shifen Waterfall
Shifen Waterfall is a magnificent waterfall located in Taiwan's Pingxi District. It is 20 meters high and surrounded by lush green vegetation, making it a popular spot for hiking and nature enthusiasts.
Yehliu Geopark
Yehliu Geopark, also known as Yehliu Scenic Area, is a cape formed by the extension of the Datun Mountain range into the sea. Weathering, sea erosion, and crustal movements have created wonders such as mushroom rocks, sea-eroded caves, tofu rocks, candle rocks, and potholes, making it a world-renowned natural scenic spot. Among them, the "Queen's Head" is the most representative landmark and a popular check-in spot in Yehliu; the "Cute Princess" has a ponytail-like shape and is known as the successor to the Queen's Head.
